On many occasions I have hunkered down in front of this computer the entire weekend, missing out on fresh air, sunshine and interaction with humans. But I am weaning myself from this behavior little by little and hope to have a life outside this digital world this summer. Thanks for that reinforcement ... truth be told, we all probably need a break. Just a little one. Baby steps.
